LaKeshia Lee, Owner & CEO
LaKeshia Lee is the Owner and CEO of RCIM Solutions, a company dedicated to locating affordable housing for veterans, the elderly, and other disenfranchised individuals. Born in Mississippi and raised in Southern California by her mother and stepfather, LaKeshia learned early the value of community, resilience, and lifting others as you climb.
Seeing a growing need in communities nationwide, she founded RCIM Solutions with a clear mission: to ensure that those who have served, those who are aging, and those too often overlooked have access to safe, affordable places to call home. Determined and driven by purpose, LaKeshia is committed to making housing stability a reality—one family, one veteran, one neighbor at a time.
